Keith and Sandy are always very kind and helpful and do a wonderful job managing the resort.
We also use the pool, hot tub, exercise equipment all the time.
My husband and I are very happy to be guests here!
I moved in Feb 2017. In I think May we had infestation of termites all over the pad two weekends in a row. Not a few but ALOT. Big black balls of them in a hatching frenzy. Apparently per the office this is a normal yearly occurrence. Now Aug we have infestation of roaches. I do live on the creek side and understand that this is their habitat, however there are ways to control them for your guests. Office said "it's summer in Texas and there are bugs everywhere". Like I wasn't born and raised in Texas to know the difference between a few roaches and an infestation and you insult my intelligence?! Even my neighbors are complaining. They are so bad there is no way to keep them at bay. Office said to spray around my pad and put out roach strips. I have sprayed roach raid all inside, outside, in the rubber of the door, inside all compartments and I still have at least 10 each night to include roach baits everywhere. You open your RV door and they fly in by the hand full! I watched one last night fly in between the rubber on the front door and go inside. You can't sit outside and after dark don't open the door! Resorts are supposed to be clean and accommodate their occupants. They could spray the grounds and at least try to do something, but I guess that's not an option from the response I received.
It's sad that they fog for mosquitos, but they won't do anything about roaches flying around, jumping on your legs in the grass while walking your dogs, crawling all over the side of the RV...just everywhere. DISGUSTING!
April and Angel are the very best at their jobs and so helpful and friendly too.
A very nice RV park, well managed and maintained. By far one of the best parks we have stayed at over the years, though it is pricey. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Nice people. Facilities are clean and kept up well. Excellent laundry. Never any issues with hook ups, electrical or water. Pretty quiet place + you do need a code or clicker to get in because it's gated. Wifi is very good. If something breaks down, it's repaired promptly. Wife and I love to walk the property by the creek; deer, lots of birds and water fowl. It's Houston, so there is an endless amount of great places to eat in the area. Our favorite place to stay in South Texas.
It's very kept and clean. I would reccomend this place in a heartbeat.
I can't even believe someone is complaining about bugs here. I have never seen any evidence of anything these people are talking about. I walk around the park daily.

We love this place and the people that run it ! We are so happy with it we decided to live here. The place is immaculate and it is landscaped to perfection. We love all the amenities and use them regularly. The popcorn is delicious! The free gas grills are cleaned everyday.
We moved here in Feb 2017 and it has been a wonderful experience. The Management, Sandy and Keith go out of their way to be helpful. The place is keep well, the pool is sparkling. For people away from home it was a joy that Sandy and Keith put a bbq on for those missing their families, everyone brought a dish and it was a big success. The rec room is awesome with exercise equip, pool table, computer, etc, coffee, popcorn and on fridays there is always a treat for breakfast. Keith is always on hand if anything goes wrong on your site. I have recommended this rv park to several people and they have stayed here and will continue to do so.
