I moved here 2 years ago because of the rules....cut your grass, keep your home fixed up, no parking in the street after 10pm. That's what keeps the community looking nice. This park is not for people who can't follow rules. This is a very family oriented community. The first time it flooded and I was trapped inside I looked out the window and all the kids were having blast with rafts and stuff, I had the smile of a Cheshire cat. Does anyone complain when management feeds all the kids after school? I have always been treated with respect by all the staff. I love this place! The GRINGO
It is a Mobile home park.....but, they have RV's through out the park. That's fine....but keep in mind, they do not have anything for RV'ers. If you need a place to park for the/a night....it's ok.... Per month. ....DON'T STAY HERE! You'll have to pay 200.00 deposit for electricity, and if you have 1 a/c with all LED lights, the your electric bill will be 150.00 or more for the month, even if your at the rv for half the time, and don't expect to get money back. I'd say read the fine print, if there was any. I'd be ok with paying 600.00 a month for a rv spot if they offered something. ....they don't, for the rv world. I do not recommend this place, and I will never stay here again.
I will give it 0 stars! This place has really bad drainage if it rains for 10 min we get flooded, let's not forget the pot holes on the street the manager keeps putting sement over them but in the first rain they are back how they were before. But he's quick to send you a letter to cut the grass when it even starts growing, they should send thank you letter when you cut it every week. He doesn't have no respect for any one he doesn't even let you talk to him because he wants to be the only one talking.
