Love this place!
They are always very helpful and are knowledgeable about every animal/bird/fish/reptile in the store. They waded through waist deep water to check on and take care of the animals during the hurricane. The store was not flooded. They even spent a night there during the worst of the storm to care for their animals.
I love this place. Everyone is always so nice. It is the only store that I trust to buy feeder mice from.
I really thought I'd have to battle houston traffic for such a place. But it's right here near where i live. Very pleased!
Came in and saw their selection of fish and a few aquarium plants. Wow. Very nice and helpful crew as well.
Lol at the people saying "puppy mill" when they have no clue. Lol at people complaining a small business pet store smells like animals. Derp. I have been loyal to Petplace for years and do not go anywhere else for what I need besides pet food. Staff always friendly and the owner is super helpful compared to big chains like "Petco". Support small business folks. Stop falling for false sense of choice.
