Not the worst place I have ever been to but certainly not the best. I came into this store twice and both times the staff was not very friendly. Not talkative at all and made you kind of just feel unwelcomed. They have a TON of prairie dogs jammed into a little tank and most of them look depressed and sick. Losing hair on their tails and have rubbed the fur off of their noses. I emailed them about prices on them as I was honestly interested in bringing one home to join my other prairie dog and they completely IGNORED my message and I seen that it had been read and when I came back with a "Thanks for the reply" they even also ignored that. The prices on the tanks say $100 for baby prairie dogs but I was unsure if that was including them as they where not exactly a "baby" in my opinion. I am not the type to usually leave a negative review, I usually tend to keep my mouth shut and just keep my thoughts to myself but honestly I thought they had pretty poor customer service. We are a animal loving family and we own MANY pets and we are always shopping for things for them and the pure rudeness just lost a customer. I will be taking my business to S&S Exotics or Bay Area Exotics where the customer service is atleast wonderful!
