There guys are awesome. Patience and a willingness to listen will have you find anything you could need. The people who have been working here a while are super kknowledgable and willing to answer anything.Not only that, but I love the store layout. A good showcase up front and livestock in back.
This place is great. Jacob was very helpful and was very accommodating of my time and interests. He made sure that he understood my needs and put me on the right path. After everything, I ended up with a very nice salt water setup for my home. They are willing to go out of their way to please the customer, the owner even came out and informed me that they could do same day delivery if it was necessary. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and classy. If you have kids with you while making a trip here, there is a kids room that they go into and color and have fun with different activities. A great place all around. Would give this place more than t stars if possible.
Had a birthday party at the Fish Gallery for our daughter, we had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and have the birthday party experience down to a science. The kids had a great time feeding the fish, getting to touch various sea creatures and exploring the store. Birthday room was very nice and perfect for our group. A very easy place to host a birthday party, unique experience, and one kids of all ages will enjoy.
Just wish they retained employee's better. I feel like in the last 6 months all the people have changed. Now I don't know who to trust or ask for help.
A real unique experience for fish enthusiasts. Great assortment of fresh and saltwater fish. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The Houston location has a humongous tank, wouldn't even begin to guess the size. Mega size fish inhabit this aquarium. Worth the drive from Beaumont at least once.
Excellent fish store with many unique specimens. The store layout is fun to go through and the tanks are very clean. Many special tank sizes and supplies as well.
