Pat, the manager and owner is very helpful and gives great deals on fish and products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their livestock. This is my one stop shopping place for all my aquarium needs.
The employee was very nice and extremely helpful. Even wired up my tank for me before I took it home. The owner is very nice and patient as well.
Healthy pets. We got our red parrots from Pat. We had them for 8 years. We got 2 new red parrots again. Accessories are reasonably priced! Pat is knowledgeable and readily gives valuable tips and tricks! Shop is clean and organized.
Good animals. Bad and Rude manager/cashier. Poor customer service. Never recommending or going back. I was at this shop couple of weeks ago on September 13, 2017 at around 5 pm. Searching to buy a bearded dragon. When we came in, there were 3 staffs on board and only 2 customers inside. 2 staff were setting up the store and 1 manager/cashier of Chinese origin at the check out desk. When asked about the reptiles, the manager spent 15 minutes talking in Chinese to his friend on his cell phone and didn't care much to talk about his animals, the size they get, what they eat. etc. To my questions he responded by saying "I can't tell you much about animals, 8 hours wouldn't be enough to talk about them. You should do some research before buying a pet" I wish this manager did some research before getting a job at pet's shop, so he would know how to treat customers and learn about his pet animals. Went to buy at Petco - little more money, but great service and helpful staff.
Everyone was friendly and I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. It was my 6yr old's first pet, he chose a red fish. The gentleman who helped us was very attentive to my son's need. Thank you so much. I'll definitely return.
