My Houston locksmith service was just wonderful. My house was burglarized on Memorial Day weekend and I was sure that I would not be able to find any locksmiths that work on a holiday weekend. My Houston locksmith were very fast in responding to my call and when the locksmith (kevin or Brian I think) arrived he was very professional and was able to educate my husband and I about locks and how easy it was for the thieves to get in to our house as we didn't have any sign of forced entry. Apparently there is a tool called "bump key" and it's very easy for any bad guy to get a hold of! Needless to say we got all our locks changed to high security Medeco locks and we also made a visit to their show room on westheimer to purchase a home safe.
I do wish we have done all this before we got burglarized as few of the items were taken had been in my family for generations...
The customer service is the best thing here. I came here to program my car key. They did a really good job while the weather outside was super hot. Great people, wonderful service.
