The quote to duplicate my Toyota Camry smart key was $145 less than that of another highly rated locksmith, and much, much less than a dealer would charge. When I got to the shop I saw a list of prices and the car keys seemed to be on special, so this may have been more of a bargain than usual. But it was a very good price. Mr. Vidal was extremely nice and professional to deal with. He duplicated my smart key quickly, I would say in 10 minutes or probably less. Somehow I had been under the impression that this took a long time, but not with the modern computer equipment at Howard Safe & Lock. I am pleased to have a new backup key that didn't cost an arm and a leg.

I have been doing business with Howard Safe & Lock for years as an old Heights resident. We have Medco locks which require additional safety measures and unique care. Howard Safe & Lock continues to give me great customer service. Had four new Medco keys made, and the lock serviced with one hour of calling. In the past, I have had them cut off heavy duty locks, service other unique door locks, and answer all my security, lock questions. They are a great asset to the neighborhood. New management is terrific and highly responsive. So glad I can continue to count on their great service throughout the years.
