First off from start to finish the process was so easy. I locked my keys in the car at work so I wasn't pressing for time. The rep told me Tristan would be at my job in about a hour he was there even less... he was very professional he unlocked my car in less than 15 minutes. He offered some additional services I was unaware of. The price was the same when the rep quoted me.. I really enjoyed my experience and will tell everyone for future references. Thank y'all again
Absolute disaster. You'd think the guy who knows how to pop open a lock would also know how to shut off the car alarm. No they don't.
We have used Pop A Lock several times in the past. My company's experiences have not always been the greatest, however, we used them today and our service was AWESOME! Johnny was polite and super fast. He also offered to text me the receipt and did so within minutes of the service call being completed. The woman dispatching was also very helpful. Definitely recommend!
The technician (Johnny - employee number H624) that came to unlock my car door was very customer oriented. He arrived in the timeframe he gave me and communicated several times before he got there. Exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this service.
Popped open the lock, took the money and couldn't care less about the blaring alarm. He said he had to tend to other customers. Fine. But he could've called his agency and set me up with someone else to help me out. A total waste of money as I had to lock the car and seek other means of transportation.
I called and they answered promptly. My technician Andrew was very polite and professional. If I ever need a lock technician in Houston I'll sure call him again.
