He text us his address and to bring the parts to him. Two Guys couldn't wait for a house call. Within 10 mins the two old guy arrived at his closed shop, but open it for us, He total rekeyed the dead bold to match the key. The two old guys were able to replace the lock before our wifes returned from shopping. He make us look like heroes.. Chuck and Johnny

This company as a whole was trash, I called this place due to their 4.7 rating and they couldn't dispatch a tech correctly to the address. I asked for answers from the supervisor no one called me back so I called back after 20 minutes and still no answer from the supervisor. Finally 2 hours later the tech came and I can honestly say the technician (Aaron) was the only one with great customer service. Don't use their service.
Great personal service, Sunday afternoon.. True Story, two old guys tried to fix a dead bolt with a key too old for it.. Broke the lock, and unable to lock the garage door. Call around, on a Sunday, looking for a locksmith, no one answered they phones,, except American Best.
