Always helpful folks at the counters to answer questions, show me jewelry, and to maintain my current pieces
Placed an online order to have order shipped to this store for free shipping. Almost two months later of not receiving an email or phone call that the items were in, I decide to contact the store to see if they received my order- they said no and to contact online customer service. After online customer service looked into it, they said the store sent items back for failure to pick up the items! They offered nothing for their customer service failure and now I don't have three gifts that I needed next week. Unacceptable.
Selection of jewelry is good and staff not to pushy
HORRIBLE experience here. My fiance and I went in on the night of our engagement to purchase a ring, as the lady (Diane)was ringing us up, i asked to see one more piece and i guess it really pissed her off, because she then made a very rude, degrading comment and finished the sentence with "and if you don't mind, I'm hungry". We hadn't been in the store that long and although it was close to 9, the store was not closed yet. I have never had an experience like this and it sucks that she had to act like that on a night that was so special to us. Talk about ruining the moment.
When I got to the store there were 2 employees and 2 customers. I made customer number 3. The gentleman told me he would be right with me. That's good. Well another customer walked in the gentleman employee finished with the customer he was working with. He totally ignored me and went to the last customer who came in the door. My husband comes to this store for everything. Not anymore. LuAnn was very helpful once she was done with her customer.
