I have read horrible reviews about Kay's, so I was already hesitant about taking my ring in. I dropped of my ring to get fixed because a diamond had fallen off. No big deal, they said it would be two weeks which I was already upset about. She told me the ring would be ready 4/27 I called today 4/26 to see if my ring would be ready and they had no idea where it was! Eventually she found it and it hadn't even been sent out. I'd been two weeks without my ring while it was just sitting at the shop! This is rediculous. The manager is having it overnighted but that does not make up for the two weeks I have been with out my ring!! I honestly wish my ring was from anywhere but Kay's.
I will continue to purchase here. Besides, I have over 15k in available credit here.
Great service! I use this location for cleaning/ repairs but have never bought a piece here. The associates are very personable, knowledgeable and ready to serve. Thanks y'all!
My wife and I decided to upgrade our wedding bands and I got my wedding band in 2 weeks from sizing but my wife has been waiting for hers for almost 2 months and I call for an update on the status and can't get no answer to where or when the ring is going to get here so we paid for her ring to not get it. I would suggest everyone to go anywhere else for a better shopping experience and to avoid headaches!
My boyfriend and I went here almost 3 weeks ago and he purchased a ring. He applied for the Kay's card and was approved and used the benefits to purchase the ring. We were told that because he had such good credit and since the ring wasn't very expensive, the monthly payments would be $40 every month for 2 years and we were thinking that's wonderful very affordable. We checked our account today and we were told that our monthly payments would be $90 instead of $40! Big price difference and we were both upset to know that we were told false information about the monthly pricing. We honestly wouldn't have considered getting one if we had known because of our financial situation.
Can't complaint. From engagement ring, wedding bands, to casual watches and just recently I purchased an anniversary ring for my wife. I've had a good experience. Sandra y very nice and helpful.
