I was at First Colony Mall and decided to stop buy the Zales store to browse some wedding rings with my mom. Lynn, the sales associate there was helpful at first and I was thinking oh they aren't all money grabbers. But I didn't see any that I liked and than she kept pushing us to look at other ones. Finally I told her we will be back on Sunday and the look on her face completely changed. She went from being friendly to down right disrespectful. She kept mumbling about, how she knew we couldn't afford it. And right when she passed me she said and I quote,"I shouldn't have gotten up to help ya out, wasted my time." And I called back and apparently she answered and I told her what my complaint was and could I get the number to customer care, she denied ever helping us (basically implying that I am lying) and she gave me the wrong number, I had to search it up myself. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE NOR WILL I REFER SOMEONE TO BUY FROM HERE!!!! if I could give it no star at all I definitely would!

The saleswoman Sonia said she was saving me money by discounts at the time of purchase then, once I brought the ad in things changed. I was no longer a valued customer. They will try to deceive you. Don't trust your $$$ here. Youll be suckered

My husband bought a $10,000 ring to replace my wedding ring. He bought it from Zales. Within a week, one of the larger diamonds fell out. It was sent off for replacement, so I wore another ring that looked like it since it would take 2-4 weeks. Once it was returned, I was told when I went to pick it up that the size that I needed was too small and should have been a special order from the beginning. They offered me an 18k with same diamonds in it and same look. They said it was a more expensive ring but that since I had such a hard time they would just even exchange it. I left with it on my hand to tell my husband what they said and to show him. When I went to tell them to make the exchange I was then told that they had the wrong diamond in the ring and the papers for that ring was no good. The ring didn't match up with their documentation; therefore the ring they were going to exchange it for was of less quality than the one that I had originally chosen. So, back to scratch. They said they would order me an 18k with the same diamonds that I have. Then I was called and told they didn't make that ring in 18 K anymore. They said I could take the ring that came back in and risk that it could fall out again or have it custom sized. I said of course, customize it. I was upset. To customize I was told it had to go off shore and would take 16 weeks. Then I was called after nearly 4 months had passed and multiple phone calls to find out what was going on I was told that they had a manufacture in the US who could customize it for me and it would be ready in 2-4 weeks if I wanted to do it that way rather than wait additional time b/c the off shore place did not have it ready! I was LIVID!!!! By this time, what the heck, so I just waited. I was told that they would call me when it came in, I had to call them. I was told it would that the ring would not be complete that they would have to take the diamonds out of the ring that I was wearing and put those into the ring that was coming in. They had told me that the off shore people would ensure that the diamonds matched or superseded the ones I already had. Well, now they are telling me they don't do that any more and they was sorry they didn't know they had a place that could customize in states who would have taken a LOT less time to get back to me. SO, I would NEVER purchase from this company again! I've been promised so many things and changed so many things that I do not even know at this point it I got a better or worse deal out of it! Anyone who does purchase, you better make DARN sure that you get the warrantee b/c otherwise, I would have been worse off than now. I called them today and it is supposed to be in tonight! We'll see. I trust nothing they say!!!

Came in for an engagement ring here. Associate's very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with my fiancees ring after we sent it in for resizing. The warranty is amazing and well worth the money.We take it in periodically to get it polished.I will do no buisness with any other company but zales I am pleased with the shopping experience we had! Thanks zales!!

into paying full price, then find it on the Zales onlie store for a lot less.

Bad experience here. I bought the ring at the store and then found it online for a significant amount less. Brought the ad in to receive the $112.00 discounted price.
