I also witnessed every customer being treated the same regardless of how deep your pocket is. I will definitely visit more often and this time make a purchase.
AMAZING!! I was fairly new to Houston and looking for a place to buy an engagement ring and had no idea where to go. Initially, it appeared that Thomas Markle may be out of my price range but after a terrible experience at the first place I went, I figured why not just go check it out and this turned out to be the best decision I've ever made! Their staff is incredible, especially Salice, when you go here you NEED to ask for her. We spent the first half hour of my time there just talking about my soon to be fiance and how I was planning on asking before we even looked at rings. Once we started looking at rings I was very surprised at how large their selection was and how much variety they had in that regards and Salice helped me find the absolute, most perfect ring which was more than I could have ever imagined. My now fiance absolutely loves the ring and we get compliments on it everywhere we go. We have already gone back and picked out both of our wedding bands from there because the experience at Thomas Markle Jewelers is second to none and they absolutely made my experience in buying an engagement ring one that I will never forget!
Thomas Markle Jeweler is an outstanding jeweler. Everyone is greeted with a smile walking through the door, and every name is remembered after visiting just once. Salice has helped us with both engagement and wedding bands and is so knowledgeable on all of their jewelry. When we came back from our engagement vacation, we celebrated with champagne and she shared with me all there was to know about my ring. It has made what is already such a special time in my life, that much more special.
Ibrahim is a very intuitive and welcoming sales associate. Definitely a more than pleasant experience spending time with him browsing through various watches. The dude has a serious talent in sales and treats everyone with utmost respect at all times.
After taking my Rolex to another place 3 times to get a service done (Once and then 2 more to try to fix the mistakes), I took it to Thomas Markle. They do send the watch out to Rolex for the actual service, but the service I received in the store was impeccable. There were issues with the watch from the previous service and they were able to explain everything to me and get the repairs for a reasonable price. When I had problems with the bezel several months later, they again stepped up and provided excellent service to correct the issue. They keep in touch every step of the way and are very friendly and professional.
