We went there to sell a few pieces of jewelry and we talked to Richard who was extremely calm, extremely knowledgeable and provided us with exceptional service. I had pieces from my previous marriage so this was a tough step for me and dealing with Richard made things so easy and honestly because of all the assistance he provided us and because he took so much time to assess what pieces we had and what items were valued at what cost, he also answered all my questions. I ended selling a few pieces and I also got to chat with the manager Gigi who was also very nice. We felt like we had just visited friends by the time we left the store. I will highly recommend this place for anyone interested in selling any jewelry pieces.
