Only been here twice with my kids, but for 1.5 hours for $9.00 per kid and $4.99 for parents to jump, you keep beat the experience. They have an incredible 3 story jungle gym for the kids, rock climbing (extra cost) trampolines and American Ninja Warrior obstacle course. It's amazing. Great young staff, great prices and love the atmosphere. Well done!!!

This place makes me jealous of my kids!! They had a blast like never before. It's clean and the staff is really nice. You can order a whole large size pizza for a reasonable price and it will easily feed at least three kids. They order it from papa johns or Marcos so it does take about an hour, but you’ll be at this place for way longer than that. Sign up for email coupons and go for the unlimited pass. You will not regret it.

They close some of the attractions 15 mins early. If your kid is paying for time like 1-1/2 hrs and they close and you get 1hr and 15 mins then you just took money in my opinion.

It's a fun place, but I can see improvements.

Filthy and staff is inattentive. My family and I thought the place was great the first time we visited and even purchased two Summer jump passes for our kids. Every time we went there the place got filthier and filthier and when we brought it to the attention of the manager nothing was done. The staff stands around and talks to one another instead of cleaning or helping the kids. I've seen fights there and you could eat an entire meal off the floor in the kids play area. They sell beer in bottles there which I can't understand because you have to walk around in socks. Multiple areas have damage and one portion has been closed for the past 2 months. It's a shame because this place could have been great with the right management and staff

I will say the young staff working here are very beautiful, and friendly.

I loved the atmosphere with the colored lights and interesting layout. My favorite part was the overhead rope bridge system. Fun fun fun! I have to say, though, I didn't appreciate how every staff member past the front desk except ONE acted like they didn't want to be there. NO ONE SMILED EVER. Nic(k) was there on his first day and HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE and made friendly conversation with every patron. Kudos to him!

In addition to the time confusion. The socks you are required to wear cut off the blood circulation to your feet. I needed my socks cut just to slip them on. Me and my brother lasted about half an hour before our feet were dieing, and my mom wasn't able to jump at all because of this.
