Please can ya'll get some free weights and not the ones hanging on ropes,I understand y'all are going by safety buh I still believe free weights is a vital equitment that make up a complete gym house,other than that this place is such a great place to workout and affordable
I was in a severe car accident where I was hit by a drunk driver ( hit and run) and my car flipped over twice leaving me with severe lower lumbar damage. Again I manage to go in and give them the notes and show proof that I am NOT allowed to work out anymore and still they charge my card! It took me changing my bank account 2 years later to get it to stop! Then I call to make sure they weren’t going to send me to collections and this prick ( manager named Frank?!) hangs up on me!!! I will continue to advise people to stay FAR FAR Away from these people and their Bullsh*t services! If I could give them negative stars I certainly would for the pain and suffering I’ve endured dealing with these sorry excuses for human life form!
Out of the 40+ PF I've been to I'm not sure I've seen a less engaged staff. They are Always on their cell phones. The basic maintenance is extremely shorted. The wipe down stations are 70% useless. It's still PF the price and convenience are always a plus.
I love PF. The staff is always on top of the cleanliness. They also have NEW EQUIPMENT ! I love getting in the Massage bed after my workouts , so RELAXING and on top of that they have this Machine that targets CELLULITE how cool is that. Plus they are VERY AFFORDABLE !!
Not the best... On my first visit I needed to use the gym and was told by management that my account had an unpaid balance AFTER I called member services and made a payment. My home gym was 60 miles away which is why I called ABC Financial, but my payment wasn't updated in my member services account- go figure. Anyhow.. the manager allowed me to use the facilities I was quite grateful and once done I called member services again to figure out the screw up. The customer service representative assured me my account was up to date but I knew based on my visit that information couldn't be correct. So I withe agent on the last be I went back into the gym to see if the same manager could explain to the rep where to find there information (so I could avoid traveling 60 miles), but when I greeted her she was VERY rude as if I understand the confusing way planet fitness sets up there accounts. I was only trying to pay my bill. Further after the issue was resolved and I began using the gym I noticed THERE ARE NO PRIVATE CHANGING ROOMS. Which means I have to risk exposing myself to other gym members when trying to get dressed. This needs to be fixed.
This place is a crock of $#!+!!! Absolutely the worst customer service! I was a member prior to getting pregnant. When I got pregnant, I was placed on bedrest due to a severely high risk pregnancy. I went into the facility WITH my doctors’ notes and stated that due to medical reasons, I was unable to continue the service. It took 3 times and finally a manager on duty said “ it’s taken care of”. As anyone else would believe that would mean that the service was cancelled, right?!? Wrong!! They continued to charge my account! On top of this I was unable to come in due to my pregnancy so I couldn’t dispute it in person again until AFTER I had my daughter! Next completely inhumane and bullsh*t stunt they pull!...
