What horrible gym! Only wanted to work out didn't want any trouble and ran into some horrible attitudes and bizarre aggressive behavior from a bodybuilding member.First of all what a disgusting old gym! The equipment is old and worn. The front desk girl Lauren was friendly but I guess I talked to her too long because her trainer dude ( who must have a thing for her) started to openly harass me and say " He's only here for the self esteem!" Wish I was lying about this unwanted drama. He also dropped his shoulder on me like he was going to throw a punch at me when I was on the treadmill(I'm a 35 year old man too old for playground bullies). I should have gotten the guys name, but I was so shocked at his roided out crazy behavior. Maybe you'll have a different experience if you don't have an innocent friendly conversation with Lauren the girl at the desk. My opinion is this place is disgusting!
Has everything you need to make gainzz
Great no frills gym for a great price. A year long membership runs for $50/month and this place has all the equipment you'll need. This gym isn't all that busy either and I don't find myself ever waiting to use a power rack or bench. Compared to other options in the area this is by far the best. Only downside is the more limited hours(only open until 7 and 4 respectively Saturday and Sunday), but I imagine that helps keep the monthly price so low and it's no issue with some planning.

Best gym ever.
Great gym never have to wait to use machines during a workout. Best trainers in the world Tim Boutte is amazing I've been there for over a year now consistently and love it only gym I've been to where there is a neck machine! Private, great location I would definitely recommend it to any body young to old, athletes any body also boxers has a full boxing gym as well! God Bless !
