Kids and I are loving the grand opening! Can't wait for go carts to be opened.
My kids are inside now. It did take a little while, but they are newly open and a lot of people are coming to see the new facility. Ryan, the manager did an AMAZING job stepping into an open register to help reduce the customers. When I got to him, he was apologetic and professional. I hope Ryan moves up because it's managers like him that will make this Urban Air a success.
Waited in line to find out we had to go to a kiosk to sign the waiver and pay for what we wanted to do if we were paying with a card. Got to the kiosk and started entering the info and could not complete the transaction because we only wanted to ride the go-carts. We could only sign the waiver. Then we had to wait in another line to finish our transaction. As we were standing there, the credit card terminals stopped working, so there was another delay. Then we waited in line for an hour and a half to ride the go-carts. Everything seem disorganized. I saw 2 adults who worked there and they were in the go-cart area. An adult who can keep the front check-in area running a little smoother and quicker would probably be a good idea on busy evenings, better signage to explain how to use the kiosks and a line for those who just want to ride the go-carts. We drove a long way to ride the go-carts and it was a little disappointing.
My family loves this place especially my kids! The addition of go karts at this location is definitely a plus point!
I'll definitely be back... my new FAVORITE place!!!!
