Great gym. Feels like a family. I've worked out her for almost 20 years and regardless of what anyone thinks of the equipment; put in the work hard and it will transform your body. I've seen people who have been coming in for YEARS and their body has not changed any! Just be creative. It's a great gym!
Excellent, old school gym. The gym has a great feel when you come in that makes you want to train hard. Towel service which most gyms no longer have, and the gym is open on time in the morning. I use the term "old school" because of the steel and cast iron weights versus many new gyms that use a lot of weights with pullies which changes the weight. Here, if you can lift it, you are doing it for real.
Most everyone is friendly, staff is more than helpful. Most of all they have what you need to break a sweat!
I have been attending this gym 5 times a week for close to two years and have never had an issue. Recently some concerns have come to mind. The staff is usually very friendly but recently I have overheard one speaking bad about me which hurt my self esteem quite a bit. I also dislike the new rule about diapers in the childcare area where you must take the dirty diapers with you or throw them away yourself in the dumpster out back. I do believe there should be a proper place to dispose them, especially if I'm dishing out $40 a month alone in childcare costs on top of my membership. I will continue to go to this gym because I do like the environment and it is not usually busy. I only hope employees can curb their tongues and be more respectful to patrons.
I like working out here. It has all the standard equipment you need to lift weights and pack on muscle. It is chill. Some of the equipment is old but it is a gym so who cares as long as it works.
If you want to train hard, this is the gym to do it in.
