The new Muscleheadz gym is conveniently located in the historic Third Ward. It has all the amenities for a thorough workout. It's a breath of fresh air to have a faculty located in the neighborhood. It's also located two blocks from the West Gray police annex, and many members are present HPD officers. So safety and security is at it's best!
Coming from more of a commercial gym I really liked how authentic and "old school" it feels.
I love the atmosphere of this gym. Although it is not super close to my house (about 30 minutes away), I am willing to make the drive because it is worth it! Everyone there is super nice and willing to help, especially since I am new to working out. One side of the gym is opened with garage style doors. There is a large fan inside so it's not extremely hot. I personally enjoy the slight heat and working out! There are also plenty of different machines to use. Also there is a shower too, which is convenient. Overall great gym with great people. What more could you ask for right? I would definitely recommend any and everyone to come by and check it out!
