Elegant and professional demeanor throughout the venue. Never the less comfortable with highlights of community interaction. The variety of areas to relax and view the lake from a variety of elevations both inside the facility and from the very pleasant natural settings from the pool and deck area
Jessica (Front Desk Manager) was very nice and checked us in. She upgraded our room with no extra charge. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary. Hilton NASA is a nice place to stay close to Kemah.
The bathroom door hits the shower curtain rod making using the bathroom awkward. There is room for queen beds but there are full size beds instead. The HVAC is a bit too loud. Our mirrored closet door was cracked/broken at the bottom. We could not find a menu for the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. The TV was larger than most hotels. The room had a nice refrigerator but no microwave for popcorn.
That took up the closet door was broken which i had to keep my kids away from. We get up in the morning and the floor is soaked from the fridge leaking. We are all sore from sleeping in the hard (full size instead queen)beds. We tell the lady at the desk when we check out about the fridge leaking and she says, "it's Ok." Needless to say I'm less than impressed. Will stick with holiday inn next time.
Super friendly staff, clean comfy room. loved the pillows. great breakfast buffet. will definitely stay here again.
I had always heard Hilton was the best and most fancy hotels to stay in. This was the first one I stayed in and the fancy ended in the elevator. Our first room the a/c was out so we got upgraded. No big deal, these things happen. Thet upgraded us to lake view which was great I thought. However the rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller. Our mirror
I give one star because my husband ordered food to go from the restaurant. Hardly any guests was in the dining room...about ten guests dining in. My husband ordered a burger with the waitress (Amy). It took FOREVER for him to get his burger. There was a lady that came in after us (she dined in) and got her food before him!!! Amy could of at least offered my husband something to drink for the wait!! Fast food restaurants do that as a courtesy. The bartender even asked us what we ordered because he saw us waiting A LONG TIME!! I asked Amy for the cook's name when she finally brought him his food. She said Mike. Well, maybe Mike had to kill the cow, skin it and then google how to cook it!! 9/16/2017
