BEARD
Take every bad practice you can think of from a bar/restaurant/company and distill it down to its disgusting essence, you still wouldn't have something as bad as D&B. This place buries the bar underground when it comes to customer service. This place is what I imagine it would be like if the DMV decided to start an entertainment business. They treat you with such disdain, like they are insulted you would come into their establishment. The worst customer service, dumbest policies, most ridiculous prices I've ever experienced at a place that claims to be fun. To top it all off, they charged my card twice, but didn't recharge my "fun" card once. Of course, they can't fix it at the location, I have to call corporate, when they open, TOMORROW. I've been here many, many times. I've tolerated a lot from this place. My daughter enjoys the games, but I've had enough abuse. Don't worry D&B, I won't bother you with my presence ever again.
Service is absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes just for the check. They didn't bring us the correct food and then proceeded to argue with us still claiming that what they brought was what we ordered. The hostess was extremely rude. When they sent the text telling us our table was ready we quickly went to the hostess table to get seated however we were still required to wait because the table was not ready. We then waited another ten minutes while the hostess went buss the table.

I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME!!! BUT HE KILLED IT IT TOOK HIM 17:38 CLEAN 3 TABLES TAKE OUR ORDERS DRINKS INCLUDED ALL CAUSE HE SEEN THE 2 WAITRESSES WERE STRUGGLING. THIS IS NOT A DOWN PLAY ON YOUR WAIT STAFF. BUT THE BARTENDER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. 5 STAR EMPLOYEE AWARD !!!! GREAT JOB SIR . WHY I'M AT IT HOOK YOUR BOY UP WITH A RAISE. HARD WORK DESERVES HARD PAY
SHORT
Came in with my son around 3:30 on a Saturday. The service at the front desk was average. Went to the resturant and there were 5 employees standing around the hostess station. Stood there a few seconds looking at at them while they talked to one another. I finally asked if I should just seat myself and we had an exchange that definitely made me feel that like they didn't want my business. The server was ok. Food really good at least.
Never going back.
The best thing about Dave and Busters was our waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. Our food tasted like old leftover food that had been sitting under a heat lamp all day and our bar drinks contained mostly shaved ice with a tiny bit of liquid.
