The Golden Rule for Chinese food is that you can get great Chinese food cheap. Unfortunately for Fork and Ginger, the opposite is also true. You can get bad Chinese food really expensively.
Excellent food, drinks, and service. We were in early but I would recommend a reservation for more popular dining times.
The Soup Dumplings are an absolute MUST have. They are delicious! Atmosphere is wonderful. The staff and service were amazing.
Only giving it an extra star because the decor and deck were great. Service was average.
It's cheap & fast, americanized Chinese food. But it's not bad. In fact, for the price and speed, they pull it off pretty darn well. Everything was decently well seasoned, the General Tso's chicken was quite tender, and it just -felt- right. They definitely took the generic sounding dishes on the menu and just... made them taste good.
This is the very last mom and pop shop you see in the city! Great price and great food. The general chicken is off the hook!
Nothing really had any flavor. The dumplings were bland. The beef was bland. The noodles tasted burnt and the seafood made my friend sick. Even the cocktail I had (Ginger and whiskey) was bad. There is an art to making a good cocktail and this place hasn't mastered it.
