After a long day of work, I know I can pop into the Town and Country location and grab a nice piece of clothing so I can look professional for an important work meeting. The excellent level of professional service is appreciated.
My wife usually goes to the Sugar Land location, but it closed. So we drove from Richmond to take advantage of a mailed coupon/deal. As we were going to check out, the clerk noticed that the deal did not start until the next day. The manager graciously over-rode the register so that we wouldn't have to drive all the way back over. The store manager is an absolute professional! The level of professionalism is exemplified by the entire team. Jason and the team have accommodated me by assistancing with online purchases, calling other stores to check on sizes and keeping me up to date on sales and current styles they know I like.
No one ever greets you or thanks you. i rather shop online. I passed by every sales associate and not one even looked at me or acknowledged. every associate there is oblivious to what customer service is.
Worst service I've ever had at Ann Taylor. Few petites. One salesperson busy at cash register. Other more interested in lunch coupon. No proactive interest in me as a customer. Other locations better.
