I never write reviews but I had just experienced the best customer service. I absolutely HAD to write a review. On my lunch break I decided to run to the store and pick out a outfit for tomorrow's wedding. I was on a time crunch and was greeted by Veronica. (I hope I got her name right) she offered help and actually helped me decide between outfits. As I was shopping in the shoe section she helped me decide on a bold shoe that I wouldn't have even thought about choosing. I'm so happy with the decision I had made today. I will be returning more often just for the customer service. Great job ladies!
bad services, cashier kept saying they could not take return because of system down, but how could they kept checking out other customers like nothing it happen. LAZY CASHIERS......
HORRIBLE manager!!!!! I have never met a more rude manager in my life!!!! She refused to return my item saying the system was down. I asked her when it would be back up & she said she didn't know. I called a few weeks later & they said the system was fine so I came to return my item. The same manager then told me they weren't allowed to take returns from other locations. That's a bunch of bull! I had to go all the way to katy mills to return my item. The katy mills staff on the other hand are amazing! The manager there informed me that the west oaks manager LIED to me about the returns. She needs to be FIRED!!!! I am going to call the DM & go above his head if need be to make sure she gets in trouble for lying to a customer not once, but twice. Ridiculous.
