As good as it gets. Some food trucks are all hype and no substance but not The Bird Food Truck. The food is fresh, delicious and the staff are delightful! Hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had period! It was clearly freshly lightly battered & fried. no grease &a yummy spicy sauce and fresh cabbage. The bread was super good. Overall.. Great food, great price I will be following them around Houston for sure.
