The worst service ever! We arrived with our two little girls sleeping on the double stroller. They didn't allow us to seat inside because of their policy of not having strollers inside. They suggested we put the girls on high chairs, apparently they do not have kids and understand the challenge of doing that. We were in awe. There was enough space to place the stroller without violating any type of safety codes. The hostess and administrator were extremely unhelpful, and to be honest rude. We did receive a phone call from the owner but it was too late. I just hope no one else be treated this way in the future. If you have kids I strongly suggest you to avoid this place.
Ashley the waiter was supposed to wait on us, but after 10mins of waiting she finally decided to grace is with her presence. After we got our food, which was good, we never saw her again until she took the order of the other customer. Five minutes after we had finished our meal and sat waiting she returned to take care of the other guest and got their check and they left before we even had our check. The place was empty and there was no excuse as to why we never saw her. We definitely will not return to this after such a horrible first time experience.
Is a familiar restaurant and looks nice. The small menu requires at least two persons. The food is expensive for eating pasta. With less price you can eat delicious and healthy in other restaurant which open buffet.
My second baby shower party at Buca di pep. Food was great and our host Mike was nice and excellent server. We were able to bring our own decor. Kind of pricey, but i love the atmosphere and the vintage art look.
I do not get down to this area much but have been at Bucca's twice. Both time the food and service was excellent. When first seeing the prices it does seem as though it is pretty expensive, BUT you have to keep in mind that the servings are family style so the small serving will easily feed 3 normal adults. Very good food! I will definitely be back when in the area
