Food was what I expected but not the service. Placed an order on line but the system locked up and I could not print full receipt. Manager would not serve me because it was not the full receipt. Even though it had an order number. Manager would not even come and talk to me. It wasn't all through some poor girl who was having to relay everything. Finally she gave me the order just to get me to go away.
They need to learn how to cook till it's time to actually leave at 10pm. Every time we go they are out of everything!!!! Too lazy too cook and clean when that's your job to do. You get paid for it. I wouldn't even rate this a star! Sorry ass management for real. Get it together.
Really really slow, waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins! Never greeted me at the speaker, I had to say hello a few times just for them to say hold on. Orange chicken was good, the fried rice and noodles have NO FLAVOR. Didn't receive a receipt. Called the number listed and they don't answer. Definitely not going back to this location!
Not the best Panda Express I've ever been to, but not the worst either. It's what you would expect for "fast- food" asian food. I emphasized fast-food in parenthesis because this has to be the slowest drive-thru I've ever been in. It took me over 20 minute to make it through the short line. They had one of their employees doing yard-work outside which I don't understand because when I got to the window I was told they were short staffed. Why have someone outside picking up leaves during the lunch rush?
Received awesome customer service when I arrived near closing time. Definitely recommend this location!
