LOVE One Noodles and Grill! We actually just put in another order for delivery :) I went one time to try the noodle challenge but I chickened out. Our waitress told us she could make us a less spicy version to give us an idea of what the challenge would be like, and OMG we are hooked. It's not on the menu but they know what we are talking about when we order it. If you like spicy you will love these noodles. I'm not too crazy about their spring rolls. Hubby loves their sandwiches too. Especially the bbq pork. Their regular ramen is yummy too.

Decent amount of food however no flavor. I basically had to drown my food in soy sauce. The soup as well, no flavor. Service however was great. Very friendly, polite and made sure the drinks were always full. I would come back again if they started using seasoning.
Great food and service, ordered chicken fried rice and a banh mi sandwich, both were great! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place was nice and clean. Will definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu.
