I ordered a pizza at 12:00 pm today and the website said it would arrive at 12:50 pm. It's 1:40 pm right now and it still hasn't arrived. A co-worker and I are waiting for this pizza and our lunch ends in 20 minutes. It really shouldn't have taken this long, but if they had long delivery times then they should have informed me. At least I was just informed that they will provide a full refund.
Rude service. Took 20 minutes for one Pizza, and then when I got it they kicked me and my friends out. We had nowhere to go, so we ate in the parking lot. Thank God we found a table outside and just ate. The management is really disconnected from the voice of the Customer. The pizza is good, but I'm not going back. Customers should not be treated poorly. Please don't go.
The new management seems to be more friendly compared to the last couple of managers. The pizza is the best pizza I have had in a long time. This is deffinatly me and my families favorite pizza place.
This is the worst pizza ever created. Is taist awful and like cardboard. Only ordered once it was disappointing to spend good money on this.
We have been here several times with a church group and the last times we've came here we have been treated very bad by employee's. We arrived at 9:15pm and were told there lobby was closed already when hours posted at door said lobby closed at 10pm. Staff was very rude and kept pressuring us to leave. When I placed my order I asked for a large one topping and I wanted half pepperoni and half sausage and the guy said I couldn't do that when before at other visits we always ordered one like that. I don't recommend this place to anyone ...they will make you feel so unwelcomed and uncomfortable I don't believe anyone deserves that kind of customer service. We will no longer take our business there. They need to hire a staff with good customer service.
