I had sarpino's pizza the first time last night, when I was lazy to cook. The pizzas are great and deliciiiousss! The ingredients are fresh and customer services are good as well. I'd definitely be back!!
My friend Greg and I went on a Groupon to check out the restaurant and ordered wings and gaucha pizza on wheat crust. The wings were good, but the pizza was burned and we could barely eat any of it. We scraped off the top and ate what we could and then stopped for a chicken sandwich down the street. We were still hungry. I couldn't recommend the restaurant from our experience.
One of the best pizzas I've eaten in Houston!!!. Awesome food and service!!! The service is quick and very friendly. The servers are very attentive and nice. With their wide variety of Brazilian and gourmet pizzas, it was very hard to choose one because each combination of toppings sounded delicious. We had the Gaucha pizza, which was super good and I definitely recommend that one for everyone to try. They also have great happy hour specials and awesome drinks, especially the capirinha, which I highly recommend to try and get a few.
The pizza is decent if they get your order correct. However, the "if" I referred to is a big IF. They did well last year but the last few months they have screwed up 4 out of 5 times. One time it took over two hours to get a cold pizza, another time 3 hours. Two more times they got my order wrong even though it was very simple. I am not sure what has happened to this restaurant but I no longer trust them for delivery. If you really want to order from them at least make sure you pay cash and check your pizza first. BTW, I have gone back to Mia pizza and they have gotten my order correct every time.
I wanted to place a $175 order 15 minutes before close. The employee said they would check with their manager, but came back and said they were "done for the night" and essentially hung up in my face when I was talking. This was Obviously an order for a business, only 25 employees tonight, but I have over 200 folks working for me and spend $1500 in pizza monthly. Hope your lazy employee is worth the loss of business.
