I heard a lot about this place, read the reviews on how bad the customer service was but took a chance to see for myself. My experience was great! The cashier was very helpful. I went in to try the garlic and lemon kale, it has lived up to the reviews, delicious! I live in Cypress and will definitely be back.
Amazing vegan food....I would compare to a mix of soul food... New Orleans... And Tex Mex. Everything is impeccably seasoned! You will not leave disappointed.
I’ve been here maybe 3 or 4 times. Me and my wife have liked everything we’ve tried so far. DELICIOUS! Never ate inside we always get to go but as far I’ve seen in my visits from the last 2 years we haven’t seen or personally seen any bad customer served or anything like that. If I had it like that right now I’d eat there everyday lol
I'm ashamed to say it's been several years since I've visited this place, but I was instantly reminded of what I've been missing when my plate arrived. Since the location has changed, I wanted to see if the food did, too, so I ordered my "usual": The four-side place of lemon kale, mung bean sprouts, potato salad, and barbecue mushrooms. I would have gotten the five-side plate with their famous spinach, but they were sold out (That hasn't changed either.)! The food was/is just as delicious as I remember, and I LOVE this new venue-- nice layout with an outside patio and contemporary ambience. It's nice to have some place with savory food near the medical center for a chance. Looking forward to stopping by more often! Way to go, Sunshine!
I just learned about this place a couple of weeks ago. A friend was eating lunch from Sunshine's that was fresh and colorful. I just had to try it for myself. At my first visit, they gave me a couple of samples which were delicious! I ended up getting some of the raw food. Today I got the portabella burger which was also delicious. This is now my go-to place for delicious, healthy food.
