2. Mrs Pete: Practice Manager, very professional and a smile that came through over the phone ensuring I was clear on directions. She was just as warm in person. So visible she loves her job and cares about the patient exoerience
I was a walk-in patient and everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen by the doctor within an hour of opening. I felt the process was timely and smooth and had no issues.
AWESOME ORGANIZATION until..........
4. LAQUITA was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about the blood draw...she was amazing..Ms Angela we want to get it on the first stick..I got you. She was calming and oh so sweet and funny
I visited the MLK location and can't speak highly enough of my 1st time visit experience. From the time I called to schedule my appointment, ensure i was clear on the location, signing in, actual Dr Visit the staff was so friendly & professional.
3. Ms Jones: my first point of contact before the dr was Ms Jones she took my information listened attentively and made me feel welcomed and happy to have me there.
5. Dr. BUTLER...I have told everyone about her! So thorough, professional, listened attentively with great care and bedside manner. I really loved the interaction and would recommend her. I am glad I came here.
I visited the Hillcroft location. The staff is AWFUL!!! All of the employees are rude!!!...from the unprofessional ladies upfront to the condescending practice manager, Roger Blake to the incompetent medical assistant. Renee Casely-Hayford , FNP must have earned her degree in the back of a Fiesta Mart parking lot!!! She is Super Crazy!!!!
I've lived in a number of states and have never had a team so visibly focused on the patient experience.
I can tell they take pride in their work, the facility and care about the patient experience
Although the dentist I saw (Springs) was very nice and helpful, he couldn't help me with my wisdom teeth but prescribed me pain meds and antibiotics. The problem is, when I filled out all the paperwork, one question asked was "are you allergic to any medications?" I answered yes and wrote down Amoxicillin, as I'm extremely allergic to it. Okay, so it's on their paperwork, right? Well, then the lady that was getting my blood pressure and all that before I saw the dentist, she asked me a SECOND time if I'm allergic to any medications. I told her I'm allergic to AMOXICILLIN. So after I saw the dentist, I had two prescriptions. I didn't really look at them because I trusted they were okay meds for me to take until my teeth were removed. Lo and behold, today I looked at the prescription papers to take in to the pharmacy, and he prescribed me Amoxicillin! What the heck?? What is the purpose of asking someone what they're allergic to, if you're not going to even listen or read what they've said? Complete ignorance and a lack of genuine care for their patient. I won't be going to this facility again.
1. Leroy, Security: kindly, with a smile came over to let me know that phones couldn't be used in the waiting area. He was so kind in his approach but made sure I wasn't on my phone :)
I was in between jobs and health insurance for my daughter so I had to find an affordable cash dentist. The receptionist in the dental clinic was very helpful and nice, as was the dental assistant and dentist himself. We were in and out in a reasonable time frame and I was very satisfied with the work.
