3 and a half hr wait to see my doctor. 2 hr wait to get my meds. 2 more hours to get lab tests. About 9 hours I spent at this damn clinic for a few measly things that would have only taken about 3 hours total any where else. Rude customer service. Too busy for their own good. Horrible.
This is a f****. Racist clinic the rudest staff ever this clinic should be shut down make you wait 5 + hrs for labs results or a check up then wait an hr for meds I would rate a 0 stars the only thing good is the security African American lady short and thick she was nice but the rest was awful!
My mother had an appointment here and called with more than enough time to make it there, all she needed were simple directions. They placed her on hold and she was 45 minutes late trying to find the place. I do not appreciate the way they do not offer good customer service. Instead of immediately placing someone on hold, how about you use good decent common courtesy and ask the caller what they are calling for??? How rude. Just because you service the community does not mean you can treat people as if they deserve no dignity. I'm not sorry that YOU CHOSE to work in a field where you are required to serve people; I work in one too and my co-workers are rude, but I do not treat people as if they don't deserve my best. I bet half of you people call yourselves good church going Christians...well your Pastor needs to have a talk with you about how you serve the body, because if it were up to y'all, we'd stay limping and sickly.
I went for a 9:40am appointment wasnt seen til 1010 am and then they want to see me in 2 weeks and expect a sleep study done and it takes 6 months and they aren't handling it properly . I am definitely not coming back again.
