I had an appointment friday with my 5 year old, we showed up 3 minutes late so the lady at the front decided that we should not be seen because we were really late. I had to pick up my daughter early from school, and she was not seen just because she was 3-4 minutes late and now the school counted her absent (and my daughter did not receive her excuse form) all because of the staff and dr that told the receptionist that she cannot have her appt.
My daughter's have seen Dr kaiser she just wonderful she is very professional and polite she takes her time explaining everything to us.this clinic is always clean and the front office employee , her name is Sylvia is always very helpful and always has a great attitude.
