I can believe a store and company like Z Gallery had bad customer service!!!! If I could go back to when I first walk into Z Gallery I would never ever go back and recommend this is my worst experience I would not recommend this place to none of my friends and family!!’ My frustrations is more when I went to the store and purchase a bed,told them the size that I needed and they deliver to me wrong size bed so they tell me to take pictures and they will re deliver to me the right merchandise I purchased and still the second time they deliver the wrong bed again.i try emailing them again and nothing being done about this matter,try calling them also nothing being done this has being my worst experience with a furniture place I have bought at other furniture place and they service it’s much better Z Gallery not a good place, bad customer service would not ever make it to this place if u could go somewhere else do so I have being fighting this this July when I purchased now we are in end of November still nothing Handled!!! The Z Galley this happen to me is in City Center Z Gallery , Wrost Wrost Experience Ever !!!!!!!!!!!

I visited this location to pickup an online order. Totally felt unwelcomed. Customer service in working with ALL people definitely needs improvement. I called to share my experience with the store manager and it was just as bad.

Such a shame that I had a bad experience. I bought 4 chairs in store and getting them delivered has been a nightmare. Delivery came and went without a phone call and no one showed up after waiting at home all day. At this point I dont want the chairs, just a refund. Pier One and Joss & Main have similar chairs without the hassle. Next time I’ll just use them!

As I called before going to the store the lady over the phone said one thing totally different than the gentlemen who I believe was the manager at the store. As I asked about the price adjustment he said it had to be 2-3 days after my purchase but the lady in the phone said 30 days and that is also what I read online. I decided to call a different location since I felt like the gentlemen did not want to help me. As I explain what happen the manager said they will do a price adjustment to go in the store. Even though I had to drive 30 mins to the other location in Westheimer the manager in that store was very kind and helped me I will never go to the location in Town & Country just for the lack of customer service.

Great experience!! Custom ordered a couch from a very helpful employee. Manager came and helped with the rest of the order. When we went back to cancel a part of our order, it was a super smooth/no questions asked process. Our couch was delivered a month and a half early, so we were very stoked about that!! Delivery people were so friendly and professional. Love our new couches!!!!!
