I was looking for furniture since Ashley furniture in spring off I-45 screwed me over, dont go there. Bel has great pieces and great options. Your local furniture store is always better than the big named ones. Their prices are very reasonable also. I recommend Bel

Shopped at this Greenspoint Bel furniture store today. We were assisted by a super helpful salesperson by the name of Renee. Very pleasant and courteous...knowledgeable about the furniture pieces we decided to buy. Their prices were very reasonable and furniture quality comparable to high end pieces. Just purchased a three piece sofa set with free ottoman. I was so excited to get home and see how it would look in my home, but was immediately turned off when I realized the furniture was soaking wet. Seat cushions wet, back sofa pillows wet, throw pillows wet, and there was water on my hardwood floors like it was draining from inside the furniture. I called Bel Furniture to inform them and was placed on hold for a long time and was told the warehouse did not flood. I even asked did they sell me flood furniture because that is the only thing that would explain it. Well they are sticking by “the warehouse did not flood” and are trying to contact the driver to see what happened. So on hold again...waiting. Finally, they come to the phone and said they have to co firm with the driver and no replacement was setup. Don’t buy from them.
My sales lady was so nice she could of sold me anything. My whole shopping experience was great because of her. I like many others are waiting on flood money to replace their furniture. My deal was really great I financed it before I received a dime from insurance. The quality of the furniture and warranties offered beat many larger furniture stores.
