I would highly recommend this place! I called in this morning to ask about a warranty on a king mattress I had purchased 2 years ago, I spoke to Everett the manager and told him what was wrong with it and my sleeping wasn't going well lately. I had been waking up with my back in pain for the last 5 months and never bothered calling in because what we're the chances of me getting a replacement he said to come in bring my mattress and he would take care of me. So I did he swapped out the old mattress for a new one :) so glad I made that phone call. Thank you so much we will definetly be back and recommend people to this furniture store!!

The guys at this store are criminals! I purchased furniture at a good price. The delivery guys were awesome. They didn't deliver what I purchased. They refuse to give me the correct merchadise even though they are wrong. They say once you are in a contact no changes can be made. They hung up on me when I called to speak with a manager. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! Also, I'm not sure who's responsible for posting reviews on Yelp, which is why I love Google, you can see mostly good reviews. Once you create an account for them to see all reviews, you can see all the recent 1 star reviews for the company. When we tried reporting them to the BBB, they aren't even a part of it, which tells you about the character of the owner of the company. If you are going to stand by your product when you are wrong, you will do everything necessary to ensure your customers are confident that you will do just that. Great furniture. Great deals, but character goes a long way.
As soon as you enter the building, you are greeted with a smile by some; then asked if they can he'll you. I was very impressed with Big Don. He provided good customer services. He talked as if we're knew one another, and had been friends for a long time. He is a people person. Thank you Big Don. You are the reason I would come in the future to Bi-site Furniture.
