I'm very unhappy with the services rendered I was told I would have my furniture between the hours of 6 and 7 it is now 8:47.. And I still do not have what I purchased. They are not answering the phone. This is not the way to do business.. Now I'm late for work..
I am extremely displeased with the level of service provided by this business. I bought a dining room table Saturday and was told it would be delivered by next Friday. I paid for the furniture via check that cleared my account the Monday before the Friday delivery. However, the company refused to deliver the furniture after I called my bank with the business on the line, verified the check had cashed, and spoke with the bank of the vendor (which I should not have had to do). I cannot stop payment on the check since it posted to my account but I can and will never shop here.

After my nightmare dealing with Furniture to love I came here and very glad I did. Very nice furniture for fair prices and next day delivery as promised. They were trying to get it delivered the same day if I came a little earlier. Very professional and accomadating staff. I will return.
To conclude, I would purchase from them again as I've had a wonderful experience. The furniture looks great, the delivery guys were fast and efficient, and the sales gals were friendly and helpful.

Delivery - Although they didn't call me as expected, they did arrive well within the 4 hour time window they said they were going to arrive. They also scheduled my delivery time late in the evening so I was able to run errands in the morning/afternoon. Their delivery & setup fee is not as steep as other furniture stores. The best part is that you can buy several items (bedroom + living room set) and the delivery fee is the same no matter how many items you buy.
Selection - They have a wonderful selection at good prices. I came here skeptical that I would find something appealing... I found that my budget wasn't large enough to purchase the many things I found to be appealing! Their showroom is a little small and cluttered which makes moving around a little difficult.
Service - This store is in what seems to be a rough neighborhood, but I've never felt threatened when I was in the area. The staff is friendly and honest. They will tell you if a model they have has been giving other customers issues. They aren't rude or pushy but still attentive to your needs. One of the saleswomen is pretty hot too.
