Kenneth Marcum was our sales guy and we can't be happier! We searched all over Houston for a bedroom set and visiting this Star Furniture is like visiting 4-5 different others, that's how big of a variety they had. The sales people here are very nice but mine was just exceptional! We felt he really went beyond expectations to make sure we're happy with our purchase. I recommend you shop around but don't buy anything until you've visit this Star Furniture, just so you have something to compare against the quality of their products and competitive prices. You'll leave without having to wonder whether you made the right choice.
Decent selection that is slightly higher quality than other local competitors. They are usually offering no interest financing, which is nice. They will order custom furniture from the manufacturers, which is great because they only carry/display a few lines from each manufacturer
By the way, we are very excited about getting our purchase delivered.
We went to numerous furniture stores just recently and only one stood above ALL the rest, Star Furniture... Our sales representative, Ellie, wasn't trying to hard sale us anything! We were allowed to browse at our on pace. If we had a question about anything, Ellie was right there with truthful honest answers. We both loved the selection and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of Star's selection. Keep up the great work, you have made two new customers out of us.
