Bought a leather couch and sofa from them. Wanted a color that was special order. Should be here in about 10 to 14 days. Salesman was very helpful and worked hard for the sale. Put it on 12 months no interest and am waiting the arrival. Store was very clean and neat.
Sales rep Sheryl was knowledgeable but did not rush our decision. She met us as soon as we stepped in and took care of our order quickly. Can't wait to get our new living area together!
Our salesperson was Ms. Blackmon and she was AWESOME!!!!!! She was incredibly patient with my wife and I as we negotiated amongst ourselves over what we wanted. We finally settled on a beautiful sofa, throw pillows, area rug, and a rustic entertainment center. Ms. Blackmon informed us of all the sales promotions that we qualified for and she walked us through the checkout process. She arranged delivery of the purchased items. Overall, our experience at Star's Clearance Center was Great!!!!!!
Sheryl was amazing! She was approachable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. She wasn't pushy and let us take our time. She helped us in so many ways and we are forever grateful to her. I know God has great plans for her life. Again, we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with her.
