Fernando was amazing ! Excellent Service. Very attentive and well mannered and he is a true professional that knows his stuff. We would go back and purchase again. My Boyfriend and I have gone to many Furniture Stores all over Houston, and this is by far the best one. Great Quality and Great Priced. We can't wait til our furniture come in.
Customer service post sell is atrocious. Some advice, have the sales rep call the warehouse to ensure that not only do they actually have the product but that it is in good condition so you won't have to wait 2 weeks for something you expected to have 2 days after purchase.
While the furniture is good quality and sales people very helpful. The post sale delivery customer service was terrible. First attempt at delivery they never called and just showed up unannounced. When I called company to confirm they said delivery should have notified , delivery service said store should have notified. Then they unboxed furniture to discover it was mislabeled and the wrong color. It took them 4 days to tell me when it would be re delivered and only after I called them to check status. Then they cancelled the delivery day of without notifying me and I waited two hrs and only learned of cancellation when I called them. When I asked when it was rescheduled the customer service told me they didn't know and they can give me truck drivers number to follow up. Terrible customer experience
We had an issue with an order and Modani corrected the issue and even though we moved to Austin they sent replacement furniture. The delivery driver was outstanding we would buy from Modani again.
