Went in unsure of what we were going to get and honestly just to get an estimate of what a living room might cost there. We were greeted by "Mike" J., he let us look around to get a feel of their displays. We started off looking at sectionals and realized their sectionals are extremely comfy and oversized but a little too much for our little living room. We found a custom oversized sofa with power recline on the ends, we never even thought of something like it, but fell in love with the model, the fabric texture and pattern. Then we decided to add an accent chair that happens to be a rocking recliner. For some 20 year old youngins, we would have never pondered about shopping at a store like this one, but it was the comfiest investment we've made thus far. Mike and the delivery personnel were extremely pleasant to work with. My mom even decided to add to the ticket and Mike helped her out with two power recliners for the price of one! Their sales and promotions make great furniture very affordable!
We ended up buying a chair because the quality is exceptional, but there was no follow-up. The chairs have been adjusted in the store, so don't expect for your chair to feel the same when it's delivered to you. Also, be prepared to wait for delivery...None of the chairs are kept in the store, so they are delivered from the warehouse in Houston. The earliest we could get delivery was 5 days later.
Quality furniture, abit pricy compare to other high end furniture stores.
We purchased a leather sectional. We bought them Sunday by Thursday we got them delivered. The guys did an awesome job however; on one side there was a scrape on my couches i noticed later on that evening so i called the store they gave me a cs number. Between cs and the store they sent me a new set. So far pleased and the couches are GORGEOUS!
Good enough sales experience. Bought 2 recliners didn't look right called for a return. Thier driver told us the chairs were damaged and they would not pickup. We had sat on the chair's only a couple of times. Had to dispute the charges with our bank. We were lucky to have charged them. Their customer service representatives told me they don't have a boss and turns out that they don't. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS.
