Simply awesome. They showed up when they said they would. All my furniture was wrapped with padding and shrink wrapped. The delivery guys delivered it as if it was their own furniture. They were very careful and set everything up. Super polite. AWESOME Hospitality and Service. Way to go!!!!
I love gallery furniture. The furniture quality is unmatched, as is their delivery. Delivery folks are service oriented, AND they know what they're doing! They are speedy and careful. I had a small damage to a piece of furniture that I had bought 2 years ago. They came out and fixed it -no problem and no charge. I am a very satisfied and loyal customer.
I remember Mattress Mack speaking at a new teacher induction ceremony years ago while I sat in the audience. I was amazed by his humbleness and his ability to inspire.

My experience at Gallery Furniture has been overwhelmingly positive. We recently lost most of our belongings to Harvey and after seeing the way Gallery Furniture responded to the Hurricane evacuees, we decided to check out their showroom. The salespeople are helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable without being pushy. They make sure that your shopping experience is pleasant and even offer refreshments while you shop. They provide car “strollers” for the children and there is a table full of snacks in the entry way. The rooms are easy to navigate and the presentation is tasteful and classy. Today we purchased our first new table ever and it was delivered a couple hours later by very friendly and helpful delivery people. I️ can’t say enough good things about my experience, this company and those that run it. You have a lifetime customer!
The service was great! Matt was phenomenal to work with as I purchased a bedroom set that will last forever and Finance Joe was a calming presence among the hustle and bustle of the busy store.
The store was nice and big. I was expecting to walk in and have crowds of people asking how they could help me, but unfortunately I had to finally go up to someone. The man I found didn't seem happy to help, and even ended up leaving "to check" on something and never came back. Fortunately, there was a very nice man sitting and waiting on his customers to make their shopping decisions who was happy to help me. He asked for someone to help once his customers were ready. The lady was nice. After Harvey, I was eager to spend my money in a place where it was being put to good use. I'm not sure I'd go back though. We'll see how the quality of our sofa purchase holds up..
