Antwon was my salesman from the Hwy 6 (West Oaks) location. I came in on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving and I wanted a new kitchen set. He called the warehouse and different locations to make sure that all the parts were in stock. He also made sure that it was able to be put in my house the same day. He really went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied and taking care of. I am so glad that I came to this store and chose this location and that he was my salesman. I would offer this store to anyone looking for new furniture and also tell them to ask for Antwon because he makes sure that his customers are taking care of and satisfied before they walk out of that store. I had a great experience at exclusive furniture at the location off of Highway 6. The store manager and the sales associate were both extremely welcoming the moment that we walked in. Throughout the whole experience neither my girlfriend and I felt pressured to buy anything. They let us run free and discover the furniture that we wanted for ourselves. Once we discovered the furniture that we wanted, they walked us through the entire process pretty smoothly. I recommend this location to anybody looking for furniture!
Walked in and was greeted immediately! I had gone to 3 different furniture stores on the same day and none one was as friendly as Exclusive Furniture. We explained what we were looking for and they were able to assist and explain the process making it easy to understand. So glad we stopped by and met some of their friendliest sales staff!
We walked in with exactly what we wanted and have to have it right away. I told our Sales person what color i was looking for and he took me to the exact piece i needed. We bought the piece and are very happy with it. Great place for the price.
