Cantoni is a furniture store that sells modern, contemporary, high quality pieces. The high end product is expensive, but the quality is there.
First off let me begin by saying I am a licensed Interior Designer and I have worked in a high end furniture showroom. I also have retail managerial experience. My client's sectional was purchased from Cantoni in June and delivered in the beginning of August. It is the American Leather Style in Motion Sectional, so it is powered by electric motors. One of the motors in the sectional was faulty and the chair was not reclining so I called to have it serviced. It is now November 20, and the issue has not been remedied. The service technician has been to my client's house 3 times. Today will be the 4th attempt to fix the sectional, however, the technician is 1 hour and 15 minutes late because of an emergency - and I only found out because I called them to find out if they were on their way! Cantoni only has 1 service technician, by the way. All I keep hearing is "I'm sorry" but nothing has been done to change the poor level of communication or make the situation right with my client. Not only is it an embarrassment, but American Leather should pull their products from Cantoni's showroom. When you spend $17,000 on a sofa with Cantoni, don't for one second think you will get that level of customer service. GOOD. LUCK!
Fun store to look around. Like the layout. Gives you a lot of ideas and different modern looks. Some of the furniture was way out of our price range, but we did find several items we liked that fit our budget. My favorite furniture store of the half dozen or so we visited in Houston.
