Simply put, Blum's is the best furniture shopping experience in Houston. Family owned and operated for over 50 years. Product selection is fantastic and the prices are unbeatable. One thing I noticed when shopping at other furniture stores is the spectrum of product quality. Not here. Every item is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. Their slogan is "Don't Overpay for Quality" and they really do stick to that mission. Bought a dining table, chairs, and a bed... delivered the next day, couldn't be happier.
I recently bought a new home that is much bigger than our current home, so I was needing new furniture. I have pasted by Blum's many times, but have never stopped because there was never a need until recently. I love Blum's, and will be buy more of my furniture there in the future. It is locally owned and ran by the sweetest family. They were very sweet and help us pick out all my fabric and styles for our custom pieces. Shopping at other stores in the area they are very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with their professionalism and qualify. My friend just bought a new townhome and bought her furniture as well. Ask for Eric or Jason, there great!
This is THE BEST PLACE to buy furniture in Houston! They have the most unique selection of well-built furniture. Almost everything is custom-made for the store so you won't see that same couch in anyone else's house. The prices are always great and they always have great stuff on sale. I got both a dining table and the most beautiful couch I've seen in my life at pretty big discounts. It is family owned and operated. I talked to a few of them and they are very nice and helpful. They said they just re-opened this store a few months ago and they are really trying to stimulate business. That is why they are selling such high quality furniture at such low prices.
Went to Blum's and got exactly what I wanted! The customer service was outstanding! Everything at Blum's looks exactly like the pictures and literally everything in the store is gorgeous! I would HIGHLY recommend.
There are some very unprofessional folks here when it comes to customer service. I would never buy from them. The Customer is not always right when you shop here. There could have been a simple solution , but when you choose to get irate and raise your voice, I'm out!!
