This is the worst place to get anything. I wish I would've read the reviews before hand. They will order the wrong thing and never deliver on their promise. Worst people i have ever dealt with. Stay away from this place!
Loved it! The best furniture prices in Houston. The workers there are friendly and are professionals. The owner Joe is a great man and has all the furniture that you are looking for at a great low price. Had a wonderful experience and will be definitely back to buy some more furniture!
Here's the deal. The people here are fairly nice. You can get a good deal on furniture but make sure you are clear about what you are purchasing. Unfortunately, there was a lot of miscommunication and it took 3 deliveries and 3 different trips back to the store only to be told I needed to go to home depot to get the right screws for the beds I ordered. I guess that was not included in the purchase price. They also seem a little disorganized on 2 of their deliveries the brought the wrong item and when we called them about it, they never came to pick it up so we had to return it to them ourselves and any time we tried to set up delivery times, they never showed up when they said they would or at all. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how everything worked out especially since we had such a good experience when we first went there and they have decent prices. I don't think we'll be returning there again.
Best experience I've had at a furniture store in a long time. Went to buy our kids bunk beds and came out buying a room set and area rug and some lamps for the kids rooms! He had everything available and was able to take care of us. Will be back again to buy our room since it's needs a upgrade best prices in H-Town! Thanks Joe!
The people are nice. But they just are not professional. If you can handle rescheduling, wrong items, wrong address, and late appts, go for it. As someone working in the real world that's not how you conduct business. I wish I'd never stopped by...
