Ordered flowers for my girlfriend and they did not arrive on the day that I was told they would arrive on. Not only that but the florist on the phone lied to me and said they had called her to schedule a delivery and nobody even called her. They did not arrive until the day after they were scheduled and at 5 pm at that. I thought they would not arrive again at all. Do not use Willowbrook Florist. They have terrible service and their associates are liars.
The worst. Do not trust this florist. This isn't the first time flowers have been ordered and never received. When I was in the hospital my boss ordered flowers from this florist and they were never delivered. Then on Valentines Day my husband ordered roses for me and they were never delivered. When my husband called them they told him they tried to deliver them but was told I didn't work there, which was a lie or they went to the wrong place of business which means they are incompetent. He was told he would receive a refund and it has been over a week with no refund. I called the number on my bank statement, it rang and rang and hung up. I called the local office, and they told me I needed to call corporate. I called the corporate number she gave me and it rang and rang and hung up. I called the local office back and it rang and rang and never picked up. My husband called from a different phone and she immediately answered. When he talked to her she said she would e-mail corporate and MAYBE we would hear back in a couple of days. These people just steal your money and hope you won't notice. Liars and thieves, do NOT trust this business. Unfortunately if you order from any of the major fast online florists for the 77070 area, this is what you get. Good luck. If they would stop jerking us around and give us the refund for SERVICES NOT RENDERED I MIGHT consider taking this review down, but the customer service we have received is so deplorable this review should probably remain as a fair warning to everyone else in this area.
well unlike this poor lady's experience, We ordered flowers and they said they would be delivered BEFORE 3PM! they were not delivered on time and they would not answer the phones also they are not the ones we ordered!!!
